Stronger than ever
In October 2021, the HULTAFORS GROUP signed an agreement to acquire SCANGRIP A/S, and we are now a part of a large global company with ownership of several premium brands which will secure future growth. 

We look forward to 2022 which will be a new, exciting year. At the time of writing, for instance, our development team are working intensively on new solutions, that will shift the way we view battery solutions today.
